Each level remains a complete package. Only the accommodation standard, vehicle level, meal plan and experience detail change.
Specialist supplier: The public FROM price covers the selected hotel package and Trustker private chauffeur logistics. A specialist bird guide, wildlife naturalist, photography mentor, hides/blinds, dedicated photo vehicle setup, extra safari jeep seats or other expert supplier is included only when the final quotation explicitly lists that service. Trustker matches the specialist to the guest's exact interest, dates and language before confirmation.
Field timing: Photography days are intentionally flexible around sunrise/sunset light, mist, rain, wildlife movement and local access. A listed photo location is a planning target rather than a guarantee of a particular light condition, animal position or unobstructed viewpoint.
Responsible wildlife photography: Wildlife observation follows Department of Wildlife Conservation rules and responsible field practice: animals are not chased, fed, provoked or blocked for a photograph. Park permits, jeep/naturalist services and other safari supplier charges remain separate unless specifically bundled.
Elephant photography: For the current September planning window, the Cultural Triangle safari can target the Minneriya/Kaudulla elephant movement according to where herds are actually concentrating. Sri Lanka Tourism identifies May–October as a popular Minneriya Gathering period. Udawalawe remains a strong year-round elephant habitat, but no herd size or sighting is guaranteed.
